If you’re in New York or were, you may want to check out this. It’s not news but it hasn’t gotten around enough. (When they said there was never any investigation, I thought that must be untrue, but what I was remembering was just a non-starter lawsuit that a friend of mine did some research on for the city. There really wasn’t any investigation, and the fact that this happened at all for any reason should at least disqualify Rudy from ever bragging about his disaster credentials.)
